Can I purchase a device from ROVA?
ROVA offers Luma and M2 through long-term leases and event rentals. We do not offer outright device sales.
Where can I rent for an event?
ROVA event rentals currently serve Las Vegas, Los Angeles, San Diego and San Francisco, with more locations planned. Daily rental starts at $3,800 per day with a two-day minimum; delivery is additional. The weekly special is $24,500 with delivery included. Custom design, printing and wrapping starts at $3,000.
How much does a lease cost?
Monthly totals per unit, including the $299 license and $99 insurance, are $1,697 for M2 (1–10 units) or $1,497 (11–99 units), and $2,697 for Luma (1–10 units) or $2,397 (11–99 units). Leases run for 36 months with no down payment or deposit. For 100 or more units, please call. Applicable taxes and any separately quoted services are additional.
What support and warranty are included?
Every ROVA lease includes 24/7 support and a three-year full warranty for the 36-month lease term. The written lease sets out the coverage and service process.
Is a down payment or deposit required?
No. Our 36-month leasing program requires no down payment and no deposit. Monthly lease, license and insurance charges apply.
Can we use our own content and branding?
Discuss branded content, product visuals and presenters with ROVA. Content creation, device branding and any AI configuration will be confirmed as part of your proposal.
Can the AI speak over 100 languages?
Yes. ROVA can help build a multilingual AI platform supporting over 100 languages for customer assistance, directions and business information. Our tech department confirms the available languages, voices and capabilities for your configuration. Custom AI programming, development and integrations are quoted separately from the device lease or rental.
Are live conversations and AI available?
Proto technology supports live beaming, recorded content and AI experiences. The monthly software license is $299 per unit. Any programming, custom AI software, integrations or content development must be discussed with our tech department and quoted separately.
Do you have programs for government and medical organizations?
Ask for a sector-specific proposal. Procurement requirements, accessibility, privacy, security, clinical workflows and any required agreements must be reviewed for your deployment. No government contract status or compliance certification is implied.
